A very special Kashmiri dish which comes from the state of Kashmir in India. It’s mostly a meat dish we use bone-in goat for this dish. Main ingredients for this dish is Kashmiri chili, ghee, onion, goat, fennel and various other spices, its slow cooked on a low flame for almost two hrs. Its best served with Naan bread or rice for that thick gravy goodness.
